Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot
password" flow on the login page. If you do not receive the reset email, contact hello@blockly.website.
How are invites handled?
Invitations are
managed by Blockly staff. The easiest way to request access is via our Request Invite page — it includes a short
Google Form you can complete. If you'd prefer, you can also email invites@blockly.website. We aim to review
requests and respond within 1–2 business days.
Can I export my schedule data?
Not currently.
Export is on our roadmap — please email support with your use-case and we'll evaluate
prioritization.
What integrations are available?
We are working on
integrations (calendar sync, single sign-on). If you need an integration, describe what you need
to hello@blockly.website.
How do I request account deletion or data access?
Contact our legal
team at legal@blockly.website to request access,
correction, or deletion of your data.
How secure is my data?
We use industry
standard practices (TLS, encrypted storage through our providers). See our Privacy Policy
for more details.
How long will it take to get a response?
We aim to respond
within 1-2 business days for most inquiries. Legal or privacy requests may take longer.
Where can I check system status?
Visit status.blockly.website for current incidents
and maintenance notices.
